Support Team Member (Full- or Part-Time)

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our world-class customer support team. The ideal candidate has excellent communications skills, a good sense of humor and a calming, down-to-earth personality. He or she is very comfortable in a small, autonomous team that does not tolerate drama or undue pressure. This is a remote (work-from-home) online customer support position, which can be either part-time or full-time.
It will be your duty to make sure users understand how to use our products, and to quickly and politely handle any questions or issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:
- Providing support via forums, email and Twitter
- Creating bug tickets for the development team in Unfuddle
- Co-writing documentation and blog posts
- Updating social media accounts with news and notes
Preferred:
- Fluency in multiple languages
