Even though we support over 30 of the best web services like Soundcloud Tumblr and Dailybooth, there are certain use cases that just don’t quite fit and aren’t well supported. For example, people really like to write detailed biographies. Restaurants need a simple space for their menus. Retailers want to publish a list of their locations. The demand for static pages with rich media embed support has been non-stop since launch.
Rather than needing to jury rigg another Tumblr blog, it’s now possible to create custom content directly on Flavors.me! We are launching with a basic blank canvas with support for text, photos and video embeds. Very soon, we will be releasing more structured content types such as a “Bio” and a “Map with Directions.” The beauty is, all of the custom content is deeply integrated into the core layout structure, so it really adds just the right amount of finishing touch.
To add new custom content, go to Content > Add > Custom in the Design Panel in your premium Flavors account. If you haven’t already upgraded your account, you can upgrade from your Settings page or the pink Upgrade button.
